  St. Peter's serves our own community, the broader Central Coast Community, the community of the
Diocese of El Camino Real, and the community of the national Episcopal Church.  Of those various
versions of "community" we are a part.

In addition, we serve other organizations directly and indirectly, through donations of time, money,
and prayer.

Our buildings are available for use by non-profit organizations.  The parish hall (known as The
Meeting Place) is used most of nearly every day and is available for other uses at times when it is not
already in use.

In using The Meeting Place there is an unfortunate requirement resulting from current societal
conditions, that makes it a necessity for any organization using the facility to provide proof of liability
insurance coverage as well as the naming of St. Peter's as an additional insured.

St. Peter's provides monetary support for The Canterbury Foundation, The Women's Shelter, and others.
 Food support is provided for the Salvation Army and hot lunches are provided at the Prado Day Center
in San Luis Obispo.  In addition, used personal property is donated to The Achievement House.
